If a product deemed unavailable happens to be ordered through out online store, the customer will be notified of its availability within 4 business days and if the product is no longer desired, will be given a complete refund
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Goods ordered online will be shipped within the selected window of time chosen during the check-out process. If for some reason this service is interrupted, the customer will be notified by email or appropriate contract information collected at the time of sale. BIOWILLY’S BEANS is in no way responsible for interrupted shipping due to natural disaster, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll send an e-mail notifying the customer of the return and issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order at in the online shop at www.biowillysbeans.com.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Other than items returned to us as undeliverable, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. If for some reason there is damage to an item you purchased, you must notify us by email at info@biowillysbeans.com within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for exchange.
